Daddy

For thew first two years little man was very attached to me and for the last few months monkey has become very attached to his Daddy. Needs to know where his Dad is at all times and wants to do everything with Daddy. He has a new saying, when he wants somthing he says he needs it, He says "I need daddy, I need him" Funny little thing.

First Day of school

Keagan started school on wednesday. When we dropped him off he was really upset and cried when we left (breaks my Heart) but I know we are doing the best thing for him. He is a very busy little guy and he is getting bored staying at home. He also loves talking to people and playing with the other kids so its going to be better for him. I think the first week is always difficult and he will get used to it. The teachers there love him already , how could they not he just manages to crawl into peoples hearts - little charmer. With him starting school I also realised that my little guy is growing up, makes me a little tearful cause I know he will be his own person one day , Independant of Mom and Dad.

Special Moments spent with Mom

When I get home from work each day we spend some time playing outside, running in the garden or walking around the complex playing with the other children. He loves his bike and likes to ride that in the street or push his trolley filled withhis little cars. We have our bath time at seven, filled with bubbles and Toys. After a warm bath its bed time and stories.

Mom Loves you!

Almost time

Its Monday today and keagan starts school on wednesday. I am sure he is going to love it because he is quite a social creature and enjoys playing with other kids. He is however going through a little phase at the moment where he is seems a little attached to Mom and Dad and more so to his Daddy these days.

Keagan speaks very well and says alot of words, my favorite of all his sayings would be the word 'Okay" and the way he says it, it seems that he has a mental block towards saying the word Yes.

A Promise

I promised myself that when Keagan was born I would try to keep a diary. Its true when said that they grow up so quickly and you tend to forget when they got their first tooth or when they started walking and talking. The diary is for me to remember and something he can read when he gets a little older.

When Keagan was born I started a little written diary but as the days went on I neglected to write in it and now I have lost so much in the development of my little man so therefore I have decided to continue with it. He is almost two now and there is so much to write about.

He is 23 months old. He seems to have all his teeth now and sleeps through the night. Still not potty trained yet and I am hoping that when it starts school next week they will be able to help get him used to it.

He is getting to the age where he likes his bedtime stories and loves the story we tell him about the dragons and the tiger in the mountain. He also likes the story that I tell him about snow white and the seven dwarfs, I couldnt recall all the names of the Dwarfs and made them all rhym with Doppy and sneezy. Every now and then he screams out the name like grumpy or sleepy and then he giggles.

He is a very Happy baby and always wakes up smiling. I am truly blessed.

He talks alot and have been told that he is very talkative for his age and speaks very well. You can have an conversation with him and he understands you perfectly
